Sarah E. Stuart
Sarah Stuart concentrates her practice in all areas of domestic relations and family law. Sarah gained extensive experience during her two year term as a law clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, serving in Middlesex, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Worcester counties. As a law clerk, she worked directly with the judges on a variety of family law, probate, and equity matters.
Sarah earned her B.A. in history from Gettysburg College (2000) and her J.D. from New England School of Law (2006). Prior to attending law school, she worked as legislative director for Massachusetts State Senator Pamela Resor for over three years.
Sarah has been selected as a Boston Magazine Family Law Super Lawyer for 2019 and 2020.
Sarah was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2006. She is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Association. Sarah is also involved in the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce and Young Professionals group of the Middlesex West Chamber of Commerce. Sarah teaches a negotiation class to girls entering grades seven, eight and nine in the local area.
